ITSM SPECIALIST



For this position, we are seeking IT professionals who have at least 3/4 years of prior experience working with ITIL and technological processes.

We are looking for high-potential talents with career development desires in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilities:

 

  • Developing monitoring controls and ensuring operational continuity
  • Fulfill the ITSM Service Agreement 
  • Be the last level to address problem solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and processes for the services you lead.
  • Manage deployments/changes in lows and productive environments (CI/CD).
  • Management of the work team, its objectives definition, monitoring, feedback and evolution.
  • Presentation of service indicators by vertical.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge and practical experience in ITIL processes (Incidents, changes, releases, problems), and their main KPIs.
  • + 3 years experience in Technology projects (Development, Communications or Infrastructure), in technical and leadership roles.
  • + 4 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, internal and suppliers, geographically distributed.
  • Fluent or Native English (oral and written) mandatory.
  • Hands-on profile, with technology knowledge on IT Service Management.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of processes.
  • Service attitude, intra and inter-area teamwork breaking silos, proactivity, conflict resolution.
