JR. LIABILITY CLAIMS HANDLER
For this position, we are seeking law professionals who have at least 2 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field. Candidates must hold a Law degree with expertise in civil and procedural law.

Responsabilities:
- Handle administrative regulations related to civil liability claims.
- Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, including managing procedural deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
- Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery is maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
- Candidates must hold a Law degree with expertise in civil and procedural law.
- Mandatory previous experience in managing liability claims, including both regulatory and litigation aspects.
- Law degree with OAB mandatory.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
