TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST

 
We are looking for a professional of the Human Resources/Psychology or Business Administration field to accomplish the full lifecycle of the Recruitment Process and Talent Development.
We seek organized and proactive individuals with strong cross-cultural and interpersonal skills who would like to boost their professional career in a fast growing company.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop job descriptions and postings.

  • Conduct thorough pre-screening and in-depth interviews

  • Follow the hiring steps and hold the onboarding session.

  • Clearly communicate the compelling value proposition and culture of BARBUSS to potential candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, offering valuable insights and feedback as a strategic business partner.

  • Manage the dashboard to monitor, measure and optimize the recruitment process.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with recruitment processes and tools.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and be accountable for results.
