Sr MARINE CLAIMS HANDLER

For this position, we are looking for a lawyer with previous experience of at least 8 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers (not mandatory), to work at our Buenos Aires office.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Develop sales strategies, tactics and key growth action plans and successfully execute them to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in marine TPA.
  • Meet sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region and project sales volume and forecast revenue for existing and new products/services.
  • Manage and implement sales forecasting, planning, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency of processes for the sales and marketing organization.
  • Work with a diverse global team, sharing knowledge and experiences.
  • Identify and settle of KPI’s
  • Nurture an environment of high performance, empowerment, accountability, and alignment, managing and guiding a team towards achieving the organization’s goals.
  • Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions
  • At least 8 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers (not mandatory)
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
