FINANCIAL ANALYST

 
We are looking for a student or recent graduate in the field of finance or accounting to ensure that financial records and reports are accurate and complete and also perform occasional administrative tasks. We seek organized and proactive individuals with analytical thinking and attention to detail who would like to develop their professional careers in a fast-growing company.



Responsibilities:

  • Post journal entries to the general ledger.

  • Reconcile bank balances and credit card expenses.

  • Provide Financial support to the regional team: monthly closing & cashflow reports.

  • Assist with:
    – Invoicing
    – Accounts Payables (AP) process management
    – Monitoring budgets and generating reports
    – Procuring supplies
    – Other occasional administrative tasks


Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in the field of finance or accounting.
  • Strong Google Sheets capabilities and computer skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a “Can do attitude”.
  • Organization.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Fluent or native English (oral and written).
