CLAIMS HANDLER
We are looking for high-potential students or recent graduates to join our Claims Coordination Team and organize surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide. This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We seek individuals eager to grow professionally and contribute to our global operations by ensuring efficient and effective claims coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide, including follow-up and process monitoring.
- Contact with clients (written and oral) as well as with surveyors and experts appointed for each case.
- Enter new cases in the system and make follow-up of them by email and phone.
- Maintain clients informed and updated about the progress of surveys.
Requirements:
- 1+ years prior experience in a similar role would be preferable.
- English, advanced and fluent (oral and written).
- The ability to speak a third language is a plus.
- This position requires people who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
