TALENT ACQUISITION &
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for professionals in HR with previous experience of at least 8 years of experience facilitating the end-to-end talent acquisition process, to work at our Global Headquarter in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global recruitment process (leading an internal team).
  • Develop internal analytics and metrics to address or enhance talent acquisition practices, processes, and strategies.
  • Ensure that policies, processes, and legal requirements adhere to local labor laws and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers, offering valuable insights and feedback as a strategic business partner.
  • Clearly communicate the compelling value proposition and culture of BARBUSS to potential candidates
  • Suggest and oversee the employer branding strategy as part of the talent attraction strategy.
  • Propose and develop the content of various internal communication materials.
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal communication actions.

Requirements:

  •  8 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience in Human Resources area
  • Fluent or Native English speaker.

This position requires the candidate to be extremely oriented towards achieving goals, at a fast pace, dynamic, proactive, teamwork, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
