We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Handler.
This role has a significant international scope, involving the organization and analysis of surveys/inspections for various types of cargo worldwide.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about professional growth and eager to contribute to our global operations through efficient and effective claims coordination.
This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.



Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate and analyze the surveys/inspections for various types of cargo worldwide, including follow-up and process monitoring.

  • Check the survey’s content.

  • Analyze policies and their coverage.

  • Contact with clients as well as with surveyors and experts appointed for each case.

  • Enter new cases in the system and make follow-up of them.

  • Maintain clients informed and updated about the progress of surveys.

  • Elaborate the final case report.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years prior experience in a similar role would be preferable.
  • English, advanced and fluent (oral and written).
  • People who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
