OFFICE MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the operation of our office and supporting the daily activities of our employees at our Headquarter in Martínez, Argentina.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the office layout, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events for the staff.
- Manage office budget, invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support to the management and employees.
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as an Office Manager or a similar position.
- Proficiency in softwares and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Fully Bilingual English / Spanish.
This position requires the candidate to be extremely oriented towards achieving goals, at a fast pace, dynamic, proactive, teamwork, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
