CLAIMS HANDLER
For this position, we are looking for a graduated lawyer with experience in civil and/or comercial procedures.
We are looking for a lawyer with experience in drafting civil or comercial lawsuits, with skills developing litigation strategies, hability to solve difficulties and with skills to negiotiate with opponents.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of litigation experience.
- Previous experience in handling administrative processes, proactive, well organized,
neat and tidy with documents, reports and archives. - Fluent or Native English (oral and written), mandatory.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Law, Insurance, or similar Degrees desirable, but not mandatory.
This position requires people who are results oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
