UNDERWRITING MANAGER

We are seeking professionals with at least 8 years of previous experience in similar roles  to ensure that all underwriting processes are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, while leading the underwriting team. 

We are looking for individuals with strategic insight and strong technical expertise to establish our company as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve underwriting decisions for complex or high-risk applications.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
  • Analyze risk factors and determine appropriate coverage and pricing.
  • Develop risk assessment strategies.


Requirements:

  • More than 8  years of previous experience within Insurance and underwriting experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires people who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
