UK SPECIALIST

We are looking for professionals with previous experience of at least 3/5 years handling marine claims for International Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies, Brokers, International Shipping Companies, etc. to consolidate the growth of our business in the UK, Africa, and the Middle East by implementing innovative sales strategies and business development initiatives. Focus on optimizing operations to enhance sales performance and profitability, creating a dynamic and successful marketplace presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
  • Lead the team in the UK: promote an environment of high performance, empowerment, accountability, and alignment, guiding a team towards achieving the organization’s goals.
  • Work closely with the team to develop the existing Claims business for current clients, identify and bring in new business, and build new relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Participate in budget development and monitoring of expenses: Identify and settle off KPIs.
  • Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience of at least 3/5 years handling marine claims for International Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies, Brokers, International Shipping Companies, etc.

  • Fluent or Native English (oral and written) mandatory

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Effective diary management

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • This position requires people who are results oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
