TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

We are seeking professionals with at least 10 years of previous experience in similar roles to link technology with businesses

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s technology infrastructure.
  • Business developer to implement solutions that integrate within the company.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align goals with overall business objectives.
  • Develop initiatives to scale operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the Technology team to ensure the cohesive and effective implementation of strategies.


Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of previous experience within Insurance, technological or financial industries.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires people who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
