TALENT ANALYST
We are looking for a Talent Analyst to join us in our Buenos Aires Office.This position will contribute to an efficient and strategic recruitment process by delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes and ensuring a strong candidate experience aligned with the BARBUSS culture.
We seek organized and proactive individuals with analytical thinking and result oriented mind-set, who would like to develop their professional career in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job description to onboarding.
- Conduct thorough screenings and in‑depth interviews to identify talent
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing insights and support throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience, maintaining clear communication at all stages.
- Communicate and reinforce the BARBUSS culture and value proposition to potential candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience with recruitment processes and tools.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
