Sr. CLAIMS HANDLER
We are looking for a Sr. Claims Handler (Marine) to join our team in Chile, managing both complex and straightforward marine claims, including judicial and out-of-court cases, while providing high-quality service and developing effective strategies for claims management
This role is located at our office in Santiago de Chile
Responsibilities:

Manage complex and straightforward marine judicial and out-of-court claims.

Develop strategies to enhance efficiency in claims management and service delivery, maintaining close relationships with clients.

Manage complex cases involving significant volume, challenges, and high levels of difficulty.

Support the Specialist in different matters related to claims operations.

Contribute to the achievement of the objectives established for the area.

Identify and attract new lawsuits and ensure appropriate follow-up and management.

Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

Law degree, with a focus on Civil Law and Insurance.

At least 3 years of professional experience in litigation.

Experience handling Marine claims is desired.

Fluent English.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
