Sr. Accounting Analyst
We are looking for a Sr. Accounting Analyst with solid accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, eager to join an international team and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of our finance function.
This role is located at our headquarters in Microcentro office in CABA, Argentina.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records and accounting transactions.
- Optimize accounting workflows and financial processes, implementing robust internal controls to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage tax reporting, compliance, and statutory filings, working closely with external advisors when required.
- Collaborate in the development, testing, and continuous improvement of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business and finance needs.
- Partner with Treasury, FP&A, and operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the Accounting team, acting as a key point of reference and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree or advanced student in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting position.
- Advanced or bilingual English (oral and written) – mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Previous experience leading or coordinating teams is desirable.
- Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
