Recovery Specialist
We are looking for professionals with previous experience managing complex Civil and Insurance Law recovery claims through both out-of-court and primarily judicial stages, involving medium to large and intricate cases.

Responsibilities:
- Handle complex recovery claims (complex meaning high quantity and presents significant challenges and high difficulty)
- Lead the Recovery team by addressing their needs, inspiring them, and serving as their point of reference.
- Organize and allocate the cases among the team and orient the team to results.
- Identify, settle and target off KPIs.
- Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture.
- Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, including managing procedural deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
- Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery is maintained.
- Give support to the Country Manager in recovery strategy and matters.
- Detect technical training needs and conduct workshops and assess HR for other needs.
- Nurture an environment of high performance, empowerment, accountability, and alignment, managing and guiding a team towards achieving the organization’s goals.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
- Candidates must hold a Law degree, with the OAB
- Mandatory previous experience in managing complex claims.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
