Responsibilities:
- Opening, processing and tracking liability claims.
- Monitoring administrative processes, mediations, and out-of-court settlements.
- Preliminary analysis of coverage, insured amounts, and deductibles.
- Review of claims, third-party reports, documentation and claim history.
- Elaboration of Preliminary and Final Reports
- Conduct direct contacts with Insurers, brokers, and Insureds.
Requirements:
- Advanced students or recent graduates in Law, Insurance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of property insurance, especially liability insurance.
- Reading comprehension skills regarding policies and technical documentation.
- Initial experience in insurance companies, brokerages, law firms, or claims adjusters is desirable (but not required).
- Analytical and communicational skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and under pressure.
