CLAIMS HANDLER
We are looking for high-potential students or recent graduates to join our Claims Coordination Team, where they will manage surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide.
This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and analyze surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide, including follow-up and process monitoring.
- Contact with clients (written and oral) as well as with surveyors and experts appointed for each case.
- Gather necessary documentation and evidence to support claims.
- Maintain clients informed and updated about the progress of surveys.
- Facilitate clear communication regarding claims status and requirements.
- Ensure all claims are documented accurately and timely.
- Draft lost adjustments reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ years prior experience in a similar role would be preferable.

Experience in insurance companies is desired.

Fluent English (oral and written).

The ability to speak a third language is a plus.
