CLAIMS HANDLER
We are looking for a lawyer with previous experience between 1 and 3 years working in an insurance company, law firm, or related field to manage a portfolio of judicial cases, handling multi-party disputes and driving litigation strategy to resolution.

Responsibilities:

Handle judicial claims.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.

Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.

Elaborate and submit reports promptly to ensure that all the clients receive timely updates on their claims.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

OAB required.
-
Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.

Fluent or Native English (mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
