CLAIMS HANDLER – Recovery
Our business began its journey 20 years ago. We have built a worldwide network of multi-lingual professionals, with more than 300 full-time interdisciplinary industry specialists working in 10 countries.
We are looking for high-potential students or recent graduates to join our Claims Coordination Team and organize inspections and appraisals for various types of cargo worldwide.
This position is based at our headquarters in Mexico City in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Process claims involving multiple parties for various types of cargo.
- Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.
- Prepare and submit reports promptly to ensure all clients receive timely updates on their claims.
- Negotiate agreements with claimants or third parties.
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Advanced and fluent English (spoken and written)
