CLAIMS HANDLER
We are looking for a graduated lawyer with interest in Insurance law and knowledge of civil
and/or commercial law, eager to learn and grow professionally.
This position is based at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

ensuring efficient and effective claims coordination.

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative regulations related to marine and property claims.

Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, including managing procedural
deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions. -
Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.

Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery is maintained.

Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or
related field. Candidates must hold a Law degree. - Mandatory previous experience in managing property claims, including both
regulatory and litigation aspects. - Enrolled in Bar Association (CABA).
- Desired experience in marine claims.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
