CLAIMS HANDLER
We are seeking a qualified lawyer with knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law and at least two years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join our Claims team.
We are looking for proactive, motivated professionals who are interested in growing and developing their careers within an international company, and who possess the ability to work independently and take ownership of their tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage out-of-court claims, mediations, conciliation proceedings, and lawsuits related to civil, commercial, and insurance matters.
- Maintain communication with clients and the experts assigned to each case.
- Follow up on claims via email and telephone.
- Keep clients informed and updated on the progress of their cases.
- Handle proceedings before civil and commercial courts at both local and federal levels. Draft legal documents and court filings.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer (admitted to the bar).
- At least 2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Experience managing proceedings before civil and commercial courts (both local and federal).
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
