CAPITAL SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Capital Specialist to join us in our Buenos Aires Office.
We are serching for a financial professional who lead the execution of BARBUSS’s financing and investment
solutions.
We seek organized and proactive individuals with analytical thinking and attention to detail who would like to
develop their professional career in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the management of the capital allocation strategy and actively engage in the development of
investment alternatives to complement the Company’s current portfolio. - Support investment strategy development by conducting thorough analysis of investment operations for
potential transactions. - Manage and monitor the company’s diverse portfolios and tracking performance against strategic
benchmarks. - Drive the process of optimizing the liquidation of complex assets to deliver maximized returns.
- Audit, control, and consolidate pending collaboration within acquired insurance or reinsurance portfolios,
ensuring data integrity throughout the closure lifecycle. - Lead the Capital team,
- Understand and effectively communicate BARBUSS value proposition and culture
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in financial modeling, valuation, portfolio construction, and risk-return analysis.
- Solid understanding of investment processes, business performance metrics, and strategic frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3/6 years of experience in a related role.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
