ACTUARIAL SPECIALIST
We are seeking professionals with at least 5 years of previous experience in similar roles to ensure that all actuarial processes are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
This role is located at our headquarters in Microcentro office in CABA, Argentina.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze claims data for the various segments and business lines.
- Preparation of the annual plan (annual), forecast, and variance analysis (monthly).
- Perform IBNR reserve calculations for management purposes and in accordance with SSN and IFRS 4/IFRS 17 standards, for both Argentina and Uruguay.
- Manage risks in accordance with the international Solvency II regulations.
- Generate business and portfolio evaluations.
- Monitor and oversee the results achieved by the internal team.
- Reinsurance: Management of reinsurance contract renewals (ad hoc). Monitoring of reinsurance structure and opportunities. (Semiannual).
- Design and implementation of management reports and advisory services to management.
- Pricing for new businesses and products.
- Track profitability against estimated pricing and plan. (monthly).
- Develop recommendations for improvement in this sector and related administrative procedures, as well as in other areas.
- Calculate reserves and prepare reports for the Finance Department for both Argentina and Uruguay, in accordance with the applicable regulations in each country.
- Participate in the review of reinsurance contracts and in compiling the information needed for their renewal. (annual).
Requirements:
- Degree in Actuarial Science or similar.
- A minimum of 5 of experience in the insurance industry, at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint. Advanced proficiency to various data repository platforms (SQL/SPSS/Power BI/GAUSS.).
- Advanced in English.
